■Can I order other than online?

Sorry, we do not accept orders other than via the internet.

■Can I have it wrapped?

We have gift items available, so please take advantage of them.

■I would like to give this as a gift, but can I change the price?

If the purchaser and shipping address are different, the delivery note will not be included.

■Will sold-out items be restocked?

If the brand has stock, we can resell it. Please contact us via social media or inquiries.

■Do you have a physical store?

Sorry, we are currently only available online.

■Can I cancel my order?

We can accept inquiries before shipping, so please contact us via LINE official.
We cannot accept returns after notification of shipment.

We respond to inquiries, including those regarding the official LINE account, on business days. Please note that responses may be delayed during holidays and other consecutive holidays.

■Can I change the product after ordering?

I haven't received an order confirmation email

■Can I pay by cash on delivery?
