Refund policy
■ Returns
We do not accept returns due to customer preference after the item has been shipped.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via our contact form, clearly stating the reason for return.
After confirmation, we will accept the return and offer either a refund of the product price or an exchange for the same item.
In the case of defective items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Returned items must be in their original condition as received and meet the following requirements:

Not washed
Please note that items marked as non-returnable and gift items are not eligible for return.
■ Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
However, depending on the timing (such as after packaging has been completed), cancellation may not be possible.
The timing of refunds depends on the policies of the respective payment providers and the terms of your agreement with them.
