1993年に、近所の家のタイヤがパンクしたという偶然の出来事がきっかけで、キャロラインは日本のギャラリーから手作りカードの制作を初めて依頼されました。
そこからキャロラインは屋根裏部屋でさらに多くのカードを作り始めました。
